Penguins used in events like this are exposed to large crowds and noise which are both major stressors for animals. What’s more, the company supplying these poor penguins is none other than ‘Amazing Animals’ – you may remember when we went undercover to expose their circus-style shows exploiting lions and tigers. They train animals for TV and film, mobile events like this, and are linked to the circus industry. Wildlife expert Chris Packham and others have spoken out against this company – how can Halifax BID continue to work with them? TAKE ACTION!
