Flatbreads

Ingredients

  • 1¼ cups warm water (355 ml)
  • 2¼ teaspoons dried yeast
  • 4 cups flour (480grams)
  • Half teaspoon salt

Method

  • Mix all together.
  • Knead 10 mins. 
  • Leave covered 30 mins. 
  • Roll into circles.
  • Dry fry each side til brown spots show.
